What makes us different is our specialised class options. Alongside beginner to advanced reformer, we offer tailored sessions for pregnancy, postpartum, teens, and over 55s. This means you’ll always find a class that suits where you’re at, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Intro Offer

Does my Intro Offer start from purchase or my first class?
Your Intro Offer starts from your first class. You’ll have 7 days of unlimited classes from that date to use your credits.

Studio Info

Do I need to book ahead?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking ahead to reserve your preferred class time.

How do I book a class?
Book via the Momence app or website. Create an account, browse our timetable, and select your class.

How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. When a spot opens, it switches to Fastest Fingers First — the first person to claim the spot secures it. You’ll receive a notification as soon as the spot becomes available, so be ready to respond quickly.

Before Your Class

What time should I arrive?
Arrive at least 5 minutes before class. For your first visit, come 10 minutes early so we can welcome you, show you around, and explain the reformer and its components.

What should I wear?
Comfortable activewear you can move in. Grip socks are recommended but not required (available for purchase at the studio).

What should I bring?
Just a water bottle, a towel, and your enthusiasm!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

How do I cancel a class?
Cancel via the Momence app: tap your booked class, select “Cancel,” and confirm.

What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

  • Cancel at least 12 hours before class to retain your credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit your class credit.

  • Unlimited membership holders: late cancellations incur a $5 fee, no-shows a $10 fee.

Pilates for Beginners & Pregnancy

I’m new to Pilates — which classes can I join?
Firstly, Welcome! We suggest you book an Ignite (Fundamentals) class for your first session. It’s designed for absolute beginners and covers the basics before you move into other classes.

Can I attend if I’m pregnant?
Yes absolutely! Slow Burn classes are designed for pre/postnatal clients. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider first. Instructors can provide modifications and guidance to keep you safe and comfortable.

When can I return after giving birth?
We recommend waiting at least 6–8 weeks postpartum and getting clearance from your healthcare provider. You’re welcome to return whenever you feel ready, and we’ll support you as you ease back into movement at your own pace.
