Ignite

FUNDAMENTALS / FOUNDATION

Start your Pilates journey here. Learn the reformer, key movements, and breathing techniques to build confidence and control. Great for first-timers or anyone craving a solid base.

Ember

BEGINNER

Slow, steady, and strong. Controlled full-body movement with a focus on form. Ideal for returning clients or those ready to level up from Ignite.

BLAZE

INTERMEDIATE

Turn up the heat. Blaze builds strength, stability, and endurance with energising flow and minimal spring changes. Expect to sweat.

Inferno

ADVANCED

Athletic, spicy, and precise. High intensity and high control for experienced reformer users ready to push their limits.

SLOW BURN

MUMS & BUBS / PRE & POSTNATAL

For pre/postnatal clients with medical clearance (12+ weeks pregnant or 8+ weeks postpartum). Pelvic floor focus, gentle strength, mobility. BYO baby or come solo.

AFTER BURN

55+ SENIORS

Low-impact, supportive movement focused on mobility, balance, and strength. Build confidence, improve posture, and move well for life.

Ignite Youth

UNDER 16s

A fun, functional class for teens and pre-teens. Builds body awareness, coordination, and core strength—safe and high energy.

Private 1:1 or 2:1
